Today was Day 1 of dirt work for our new Council Bluffs Iowa location. It is located on Railroad Avenue between the Animal Shelter and Bomgaars, in the East of Council Bluffs. This will be a 330 unit facility featuring traditional drive-up access and our advanced Security systems.

We always try to locate close to the community, so this helps fill a niche in the East part of Council Bluffs near Iowa Western Community College. Railroad Avenue is a cut thru or secondary road, which will allow for easy access in and out of the storage unit, without busy traffic. This will be close to major communities in this area.
Our plans are to do the rough grading this summer. Build out about 4 buildings and the office so we can get the fencing in. Start with the part of the road work. Then get as many storage building concrete pads done this fall as possible. This will set us up for completing the units in the early spring so they are available for use in the springtime to serve you. This will be our 8th location in 5 towns over the last 6 years. We will use our expertise to give you wide access to units and advanced security systems; with a great location near you.
