Please see the attached statement for past due amount, plus new monthly charges. This is a certified letter. You will have two weeks to respond, then this will go to Public notice in the newspaper for two weeks. The auction will then be held on Saturday, May 30th. Renters or their relatives will not be allowed to bid on their units.

No access will be allowed to your units until full payment.
Please send payment to Clark Storage LLC, PO Box xxx, Anytown, USA xxxxx; or call xxx-xxx-xxxx with a Credit card or bank account; at least 4 days prior to the auction.
Payments will only be accepted in cash, certified check or money order if received within the 4 day period.
This is also your notice, you must move to Autopay using Credit Card or Bank account, by your next rental date or the auction. This is your Eviction notice also, subject to your paying and moving to Autopay prior to the auction date. If you have not paid and also not switched to Autopay by the auction date, your unit will be auctioned even if paid in Full due to the eviction notice (abandoned property).

Also, note you are circled paid thru date. Your payments are due at the beginning of the period, so send your next month’s payment is also. Pay any new monthly charges also.
